This is a group of yogis who come together to do yoga on Saturday mornings in Denver. Rob Gilmour leads the class through an easy vinyasa yoga flow. The class is 60 minutes starting promptly at 8:00AM. Donations are accepted to offset the rent, insurance and other expenses. If you are looking for a non-competetive environment in which to start or re-start yoga this class will work for you. The class is in a newly renovated warm (not hot) room with music that will add to the experience.
